"Traded in my old car for a new one and needed to update the insurance information and get a new proof of insurance card in order to have the tag transferred! "I recently had an issue with my long term care, Brian immediately returned my call contacted the person responsible for the administration of the program and had the issue corrected the same afternoon ( I mean within two hours). Brian is the best and his support team after receiving my call contacted Brian immediately and caused an issue from canceling my policy to correcting an administrative error.

"Laurie has been a great help to me at Statefarm. When I have needed quotes or other insurance information, she has most obliging. Recently, I wanted to add another vehicle to my policy, I only had to give her the VIN and a brief description of the insurance that I required.
